The orders you place on our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo.

Your order will be delivered to cargo within 24 hours. After receiving your order, it will notify you via SMS and deliver it to your address within 1-4 business days depending on your location.

Please note that deliveries may take a little longer in mobile areas. Since cargo companies do not work during public holidays and festivals, your delivery will be made on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & RETURN & EXCHANGE

Your order is delivered to cargo within 24 hours. After your order is given to cargo, it informs you by sms and e-mail and delivers it to your address within 1-7 business days depending on your region.

You can return and exchange your orders within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that you give cargo.
For international orders, the return and exchange fee belongs to you.
In the product you have purchased; The product must not have lost its resalability and must not have been used. Invoice submission is mandatory for exchange and return transactions.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

For the product you have purchased; it is required that the product has not lost its resaleability and has not been used. In exchange and return transactions, the invoice must be presented. You can make the exchange and return request within 3 business days from the date you receive it. You can return and exchange within 14 days from the date of your order.

You must send the product/products you want to exchange with our contracted cargo company Yutiçi or Aras Cargo . You can create your exchange order after the cargo you sent reaches us. In order for us to find your exchange cargo easily, we kindly ask you to write your name, surname and phone number you made the purchase with during the cargo shipment. Please keep the receipt given to you by the cargo until your return or exchange is made.

Will I pay for the exchange and return shipping costs?

Your returns and exchanges are free of charge.

-Our refund process for your online payments is 1-7 business days from the date the product reaches our company.

The Cash on Delivery Service Fee collected for your Cash on Delivery orders, which you pay for the products to reach you, is not refundable as it is collected by the cargo company.

    When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and have a "Status Determination Report" prepared as soon as you notice any damage. In the event of any damage you notice after the order is delivered, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and request that they prepare a "Status Determination Report". If the cargo branch cannot help you with this issue, please inform us as soon as possible.

    When you send the damaged product to our address together with the Damage Detection Report, your product exchange or return process will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.
